Responsible for operations, maintenance, installation, and cutovers for all of our corporate accounts (Home Depot, Walmart, Dollar Tree, O’Reilly’s, and many more. Responsible for new installations of VOIP phone systems, switches, routers, APs, and all network wiring (CAT5/6). Also responsible for our trouble-ticket database. Would verify if the issue was with the ISP or service provider (AT&T, COX, Charter, Eatel, etc.), and open a ticket with the LEC if T1 or DSL is down, or dispatch to customer prim if trouble is isolated to an eternal issue with our equipment or wiring.

Responsible for the operation of the Lucent DRM 5E16 Switch, and seven collocation sites. Test, turn-up, and troubleshoot customer/network trunks, OC12, OC3's, DS3's, T1's, and 2-wire IDSL/SDSL circuits. Retrieve and upload BWM’s to Host/12 DRM sites. Retrofitted switch from 5E15 to 5E16.2.  Program/Install DSL routers (Polycom/Netopia) at customer premise. As a (COEIT), I install/remove and maintain the complex switching and routing equipment used in voice, video, fiber optics and data telecommunications networks. Also specialize in all technology from switch /toll or power.
